MANAMA, Bahrain - MANAMA, Bahrain (Feb. 6, 2018) U.S. 5th Fleet Command Master Chief Russell Mason hosts an all hands call for service members stationed at Naval Support Activity Bahrain to convey expectations and to answer questions. U.S. 5th Fleet conducts maritime operations to deter and counter regional threats, defeat violent extremism and strengthen partner nations' maritime capabilities in order to preserve the free flow of commerce and promote a secure maritime environment in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
