ALEXANDRIA, Egypt - 180116-N-KA046-0318 ALEXANDRIA, Egypt (Jan. 16, 2017) - Sailors handle mooring line aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64), arrives in Alexandria, Egypt, Jan. 16, 2018. Carney, forward-deployed to Rota, is on its fourth patrol in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of maritime security operations to reassure allies and partners and preserve the freedom of navigation and free flow of commerce in the region.
