MANAMA, Bahrain - 170817-N-TB177-0293 MANAMA, Bahrain (August 17, 2017) Vice Adm. Kevin Donegan, commander of Naval Forces Central Command, gives remarks during the commissioning ceremony of USS Lewis B. Puller (ESB 3). Puller is the first U.S ship to be commissioned outside the United States, and the ship's reclassification provides U.S. Central Command and 5th Fleet greater flexibility to better meet regional challenges.
