(Sept. 7, 2016) Rear Adm. Eugene Black, deputy commander of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT) presents the Admiral Stanley R. Arthur Award for Logistics Excellence to Lt. Nathan Peck, a native of Orlando, Fla. assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 53, aboard Naval Support Activity Bahrain. Peck was selected as the Logistician of the Year for the 2015 Adm. Stanley R. Arthur Award, which was established in 1997 as an annual award to recognize both individuals and teams that exemplify logistics professionalism and excellence.
