MANAMA, Bahrain – “On behalf of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, U.S. 5th Fleet, and Combined Maritime Forces, our deepest condolence to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Royal Court, and the people of Bahrain on the passing of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.

His Highness was a long-standing friend, dedicated to Bahrain’s partnership with the U.S. Navy and Combined Maritime Forces. As our host nation, our thoughts and prayers are with our neighbors. May the Bahraini people know peace during this time of great loss.”
