Master Chief James E. DeLozier was born in 1966 and raised in Deepwater, Mo. After graduating from Lakeland High School in 1984 he immediately entered the U.S. Navy. Master Chief DeLozier completed entry level training at Great Lakes, Recruit Training Command with company 169 and apprenticeship training at Navy Damage Control Training Center in Philadelphia.
