Two Personnel Recovery Theater Entry Requirements apply to all Department of Defense Military and Civilian Personnel entering the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility. DoD Contractors must refer to the specific language contained within their contract to determine if they will be afforded Personnel Recovery Support and to see if they are mandated to comply with the USCENTCOM Personnel Recovery Theater Entry Requirements.
The two requirements are:
- Code of Conduct Training - https://jkodirect.jten.mil/Atlas2/page/login/Login.jsf (Course: A-US1329. SERE 100.2)
- Personnel Recovery Mission Software (PRMS) Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP)
Note: Access to JKO Learning Content Management System is accessible through the use of a Common Access Card (CAC) to login.
Completion of these requirements is 'Mandatory' prior to entering the USCENTCOM area of responsibility.

DEPENDENT ENTRY
For Military and Civilian Personnel who have dependents and are interested in an accompanied tour, you will be required to request a Dependent Entry Approval (DEA) quota for Command Sponsorship through your detailer or HRO for Civilians. Quotas are limited and are aligned to key billets and positions within a Command. For more information regarding DEAs and Command Sponsorships please contact COMUSNAVCENT Manpower Department at BAHRAIN_DEA_QUOTAS@ME.NAVY.MIL.
