Navy PT Uniform: All IA Sailors are required to bring sufficient Navy PT uniforms on their deployment. It is important to note that resources for acquiring the Navy PT uniform in theater are limited. It is recommended that Sailors bring 3 to 5 sets on deployment.
The personal, physical, and mental well being of all IA Sailors is a continuous concern for CTF-IA. You can help build your resistance to mental stressors by engaging in a routine of Mind Fitness.
